One of the biggest keys to success in any facet of life is simply taking action.  In this episode, we teach you the 7 steps needed to turn goals into success.  Many dream and talk about what they would, could, or should do.  The successful actually make it happen.  Action doesn’t take skill or talent, but for it to maximize success, it does take planning.

Episode Action List

  1. Set a goal that is Specfic, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time bound.
  2. Visualize what life will be like when you hit the goal.
  3. Ask yourself why this goal is important? Ask yourself why 4 or 5 times and write down your ending why.
  4. Make a list of things you must start, stop, and continue doing to reach your goal.
  5. Make a new schedule fo how you will incorporate that list into your daily life.
  6. Take action immediately
  7. Celebrate!
