Warmup:  200mrun->Agility Ladder->5 PushUps->Agility Ladder->1 Handstand Kick Up->10 Wall Facing Squats

Skill: Overhead Squat

Strength: 3 X 10 Front Squat

WOD:  5 Rounds For Time

10 PVC Overhead Squats

3 Wall Walks

5 KB Hold Front Squats

10 Box Step Ups

200m Run

After Party:  PLANK for time
