Episode Action List

  1. Take your scale and destroy it.  Better yet, bring it by the gym (Reebok CrossFit Bare Cove, 211 Lincoln St. Hingham, MA 02043) and we will give you a free body fat scan and 2 week sample nutrition plan.
  2. Throw away everything at your house that says low fat.  That is synonymous with high sugar, so toss it!
