  1. If you have pain, get it checked! Make sure you are seeing someone that is interested in your long term health vs. short-term issues.
  2. If you don’t have pain, get a functional movement assessment and your spine checked! No pain doesn’t mean all is well.
  3. If you haven’t already, dial in your diet and exercise.  We can help if you need it!
