Battle of the Sexes Week 4!  Top 2 teams after this week will have a showdown next Saturday (7/26).

WOD 1 – Each partner completes max Knees to Elbow.  Score is combined total.  Knees must actually hit the elbow…not the arm, the forearm, the face, etc.

20 min. cap

“BOS Chipper”

1000m Row (1 erg per team – split how you want)
21 Partner Deadlifts (370/270) (yup you are both lifting the same bar at the same time)
100 Wall Balls (20 to 10’/14 to 9′)
15 Partner Deadlifts (370/270)
100 Double Unders
9 Partner Deadlifts (370/270)
100 Pull Ups or 200 Jumping Pull Ups (athlete choice – 2 to 1 conversion – no partial)
