Either as an individual or as a team with 1 working at a time, complete the following for time:
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
Unless this is being done Rx, you should complete as a team. Please please be careful on the pull ups and push ups – that is a lot of volume and can put you at risk for rhabdo if you don’t check your ego. If you are used to high volume then go for it. If not, go as a team!! Very very few should be doing this Rx as an individual!
