Goblet Squats
Rowing without Straps


Teams of 4:
10 min. AMRAP
Partners 1 and 2 alternate rounds
10 KB Swings (53/35)
5 Goblet Squats (53/35)
Partners 3 and 4 alternate rounds of
5 cal row (don’t strap in)
10 sit ups

Rest 2 min.

Repeat the 10 min. AMRAP but partners 3 and 4 are on the KB movements and partners 1 and 2 are on the row/situp

There will be a lot of transitions, so be smart and efficient with them. E.g. partner 4 should set up on the erg while partner 3 is finishing sit ups
