Swedish massage improves muscular relaxation, stimulates circulation and releases tension through gentle manipulation. This massage is best if you want to relax and release stress.

Deep tissue massage is not necessarily a full body massage because it focuses on relieving muscle tension and stimulates circulation. It’s design for deep pressure and focusing on select muscles.

A massage that focuses to prevent muscle spasms and any injuries. This massage can be focused on one area or full body. It involves passive and active stretching and gentle pressure to relax the muscles. Can be done before or after your workout (just let your therapist know ahead of time)

My name is Vanessa Grace, I am a cancer survivor so wellness transformation has been my entire life’s journey. I survived childhood cancer and have been committed to giving back to childhood cancer research as well as finding ways to empower people to take control of their health. I am the youngest of 4, an aunt to 2 babies, and I have recently fallen in love with Cross Fit and revamping nutrition.

I am a licensed massage therapist in Massachusetts trained in swedish, deep tissue, chair, reflexology, sports, and pregnancy.
