WOD

A. Back Squat 3×5 – Use the same weight for each set. It should be very challenging but you MUST keep PERFECT form. If form breaks whatsoever the rep does not count.
B. Press 3×5 – Use the same weight for each set. It should be very challenging but you MUST keep PERFECT form. If form breaks whatsoever the rep does not count.

Travel WOD

300 Squats for time – make them PERFECT!  If you hit full range of motion but  experience any fault (chest is down, knees in, toes out too wide, etc.) don’t count it.
