A. Back Squat 3×5 (5+)
If you failed last time then drop 30 lbs. If you did not have perfect form last time, then drop 30 lbs.

B. 3xMax rep pull ups between sets of back squats
If you are using band and can successfully get a set of 10, progress to a smaller band
