What is the new schedule?

Click on the schedule tab to sign up, but here is a quick overview.

  • CF Class: Monday – Friday = 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 8:30AM, 9:30AM (Women Only), Noon, 5:00PM, 6:00PM, 7:00PM (M, W, Th only)
  • Olympic Lifting/Strength = Monday 6:00PM (Day 1), Tuesday 5:30AM (Day 1), Thursday 5:30AM (Day 2), Saturday 8:00AM (Day 2)
  • Obstacle Course Racing – Tuesday and Thursday 6:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM
  • Mobility – Wednesday 9:00AM, Friday 7:00PM
  • Skills Class – Wednesday 6:30PM
  • Open Gym – Monday – Friday = 5:30AM – 7:30AM, 8:30AM – 1:30PM, 4:00PM – 8:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM – Noon, Sunday 10AM-Noon


How do I sign up for a monthly package?

Signing up is easy!  Just talk to one of the coaches, send us an email, or give us a call.  Let us know what package you want and we will get you all set up.

Do I have to sign in ahead of time to a specialty class?

YES YES YES!  This is different than regular CF classes.  We have limited space and these classes are consumption based, so you need to sign in.  If you show up without signing in, you may be turned away!  Sign ups open 7 days before the class begins.

How do I sign in ahead of time to a specialty class to reserve my spot?

Simply go to the link and click on the class you want to sign in for.  If you don’t already have an account, you will need to create one.  It should be under the email you provided us so ask us if you don’t remember which one you used 🙂

So if I don’t have CrossFit + does that mean I can’t do mobility before and after class?

Heck no…definitely do mobility!  We want you to come in earlier and stay a little late to do mobility.  Open gym comes in to play when you want to come in at your own time to work on skills, do a WOD that you missed, or come in on Sunday. 

How long does my monthly package last? Does it matter how long my membership is?

Monthly packages are on a monthly basis, so you can turn them on or off any month.  We have set it up to autorenew monthly, so if you don’t want it the following month, just let us know.  It does not matter how long your membership is for – i.e. 1 year vs. 6 months vs. 3 months.

How do I cancel it?

Just let us know when you want to turn it off and we will make sure you don’t get charged.  No fee.

Can I just do drop-ins?

For everything except Olympic lifting, absolutely.  You can find the rates in the picture above.

Why can’t we drop-in to Oly class?

Our Olympic lifting/strength class is set up as an 8 week, 2x per week cycle.  It is the cumulative effect of those 8 weeks that gets you the gains you want, not simply hopping in to just one class.
