The New You promotion summer before last on Facebook jumped off the computer screen and grabbed me!

Favorite workout?

Fight gone bad!  … I think I cried the first time now it’s mine to conquer!

Least favorite workout?

Any running with the 5:30am crew … they are just too damn fast!

What’s the best part about working out with your class?

Everyone is on a level playing field, therefore the same reason and totally supportive.   Love the 5:30am group!  (NO one needs to talk too much if you don’t want too … I probably do too much!  😉

What’s the wallpaper on your phone right now?

My two kids … older in his Soccer uniform and younger in his Parkour gear

What’s your favorite “cheat” meal?

What’s the last thing you searched for on Google?

Does Vineyard Vines do custom ties for fundraising?

If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?

Some kind of deep sea fish living in the ocean … the Sea is my bliss … I could stand and look at the ocean for hours

What is one way CrossFit has positively impacted your regular/daily life?

I believe …. More!  AND I know that it’s there if I fall down I can always get back up.  I will never ever again be one and done!

OH, also, the people at RCFBC … they have no idea how much they impacted me.  I think my first day I did a lunge and fell over and Matt didn’t say a word and said no worries, you’ll get better!  They/You are a special group of people.

What advice would you give to a new member at RCFBC?

Stick it out.  Find your time, you spot, your square, your little things and make them yours (I read the words Barecove Crossfit on the wall by the rowers again and again and again and again when I’m rowing.  It’s one of my few things that makes it feel like I belong.

If you could sum up RCFBC in one word, what would it be?

POWER … but only one word??!  Damn … I would also add LOVE!
