About Dawn:

As a certified nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition L1), private personal trainer, group fitness coach, and head high school athletic trainer, Dawn has been coaching people through healthy eating and active living since 2002. She’s also active in training and coaching strongman athletes and competes in Strongman Competitions, regionally and nationally, with her biggest accomplishment being that she qualified and successfully competed at the Arnold Classic Worldwide. Dawn bases her approach to nutrition on current science and professional experience and, importantly, she practices what she preaches! Dawn will guide you through nutrition, coaching and training, and will motivate you to ensure success not only in the short term but helping you to make sustainable life changes!
