Elementary School “Juniors” (grades 3-5th)  4:00-5pm
Middle School “Middies” (grades 6-8th) 4:00-5pm

What is CrossFit Youth Athlete?

CrossFit Youth Athlete is a strength and conditioning program designed to effectively teach your children to move properly, increase overall health and have fun!  Our coaches are specifically trained in the CrossFit Kids methodology to work with children, ages 3-18 years, through appropriate instruction and cueing.

Our highly energetic coaches work with your children in a group setting.  The kids participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results.  These classes prepare them not only to be well-rounded athletes, but also hard-working and tenacious people.

What Makes CrossFit Youth Athlete Different than other exercise programs?

Our coaches create workouts that consist of constantly varied, functional movements in an inclusive environment that are scalable for all participant levels.

How do I sign up?  What is the commitment?

Classes are open to all levels and are open to the community.  Registration is for 5 week sessions, and we encourage our kids to all start on the same day for consistency.   CrossFit Youth Athlete classes are  priced for 2 sessions per week, 5 week blocks.  Cost is $125/10 sessions.  We can prorate for kids who start mid session, but we highly recommend to have them start on the new session “block”
