Teams of 3 – 20 min. AMRAP
Partners 1 and 2 alternate rounds of
5 Goblet Squats (53/35)
5 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

while patner 3 rows 30 calories. After the 30 calorie row, partner 3 rotates to the goblet squats/box jump overs and one partner rotates out to the row.

Score is total reps and calories combined.
