100 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Both partners run 400m at same time
100 Goblet Lunges (53/35)
Both partners run 400m at same time
100 Goblet Lunbes (53/35)
Both partners run 400m at same time
100 Kettlebell swings (53/35) at same time
Both partners run 400m at same time

The next movement cannot be started until both partners are back from the run.
