Step Ups with Plate


In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete 3 sets for max reps of:
2 Minutes of Rowing (for Calories)
2 Minutes of Goblet Squats (53/35)
2 Minutes of Ab Mat Sit Ups
2 Minutes of Step Ups(24/20) with plate in each hand (35/25)


Travel WOD

1 Round:

2 minutes of running

2 minutes of squats

2 minutes of sit ups

2 minutes of step ups
