RCFBC will be offering a free Introduction to Dynamic Mobility Training (DMT) hosted by Ed Connors from 10am-10:30am.

Ed Connors is a Movement and Sports Performance Specialist.  His education includes a degree in Corrective and Adaptive Physical Education from Boston University, a Certified Member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Master Trainer with Z-Health.

After a successful coaching career in Ice Hockey and Soccer at the High School and College level he began conducting sports training and skill development programs for Professional and Elite Amateur athletes in several sports.  He has trained several top NHL and US Olympic Athletes.

Saturday from 10am-10:30am Ed will show you how DMT can have a positive impact on your performance and skills.
