Teams of 2

Part I.  ??? AMRAP

As a team, move maximal amount of weight possible  using weights, barbells, slam balls, wall balls, and kettlebells

How you move them is up to your team.

Rest 5 min.

Part II. ??? AMRAP

Accumulate as many points as possible by transporting objects to their final destination

Rowers, rig pieces, rings, ropes, boxes, etc. – each piece will be given a point value

Rest 5 min.

Part III.  Eat food!
