Tabata Row (calories)

1 minute Rest

Tabata Squat

1 minute Rest

Tabata Pull Up

1 minute Rest

Tabata Push Up

1 minute Rest

Tabata Sit Up

Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes

Your score for each station is the lowest amount of reps completed – example: if you row 10, 9, 10, 8, 7, 9, 8, 7 calories on your row, your score is 7).  Add up the lowest number of each to get a total score.
