Teams of 2: 1 Working at a Time:
* Scale movement as needed.
** Scale equipment as needed (dumbbell vs. barbell).
*** For space, some teams may begin at the bottom and work up. Ex. Begin with the 7 min AMRAP, then move to the 1-2-3…, then finish with the 20 min AMRAP.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

12 Cal Row
Then… 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
Dumbbell Squats (50/35)(barbell 115/85)
Bar-Facing Burpees
Then… 7 minute AMRAP
3 thrusters (100/65)
3 chest-to-bar pull-ups
6 thrusters
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
9 thrusters
