Partner Front Squats (135/95) as many times as possible while other partner runs 200m. Switch when partner returns from run.

Rest 2 min.

5 min. AMRAP
Partner completes as many double unders as possible while other partner rows 250m. Switch when parter completes row.

B. Wiffle Ball!
