Box Brief

Baseline assesses one very important thing – how well can we move our own body. Squatting, sitting up, pushing up, and pullin up – it doesn’t get more funcitonal than that. The higher our efficiency of movement, the lower our score. While speed is important, 100% proper movement is king. Just say no to bro reps today!

30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups

Each partner should record their individual score. Each team should record their total score. Partner 1 should be the guest if doing the member/guest challenge.
