Overhead Squats


A. Back Squat 3×5
– if you successfully squatted the weight perfectly on Monday, then increase by 5 lbs
– if you did not hit a full 3×5 on Monday, then decrease by as much as needed to do so

B. 9 min. AMRAP
10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
20 Toes to Bar
40 Double Unders


Travel WOD

9 min. AMRAP
10 Overhead Squats (use any object)
20 V Ups
40 Double Unders (if no rope, then pretend you do)
