*******IMPORTANT REMINDERS****************

We have the honor of hosting the L1 Seminar this weekend that will train more people to be CrossFit coaches.

As a result, the box will be closed, BUT we will have class offsite on both Saturday and Sunday!

Saturday – Nantasket Beach in Hull (across from red parrot) – 8AM WOD, 8:30AM swim clinic.  You can come to either or both.

Sunday – Hingham Bathing Beach – 9AM WOD – open to public and all ages

A. Back Squat 3×5 (5+)

B. 3xmax rep stict pull ups between sets of A

C. Hang Squat Snatch + Squat Snatch
Start at 65% of Snatch 1RM and on minute 4 increase to 70%

No met con today, you will get a nice one tomorrow 🙂 Regardless, you should still come today! We ALL snatch ability.
