We have the honor of hosting the L1 Seminar this weekend that will train more people to be CrossFit coaches.
As a result, the box will be closed, BUT we will have class offsite on both Saturday and Sunday!
Saturday – Nantasket Beach in Hull (across from red parrot) – 8AM WOD, 8:30AM swim clinic. You can come to either or both.
Sunday – Hingham Bathing Beach – 9AM WOD – open to public and all ages
