**Continuous push with no rest in the 100’**

B.  10 Minutes:

Broad Jump 200m in as few reps as possible

C.  Short Series Olympic KB

5 Minutes KB Clean & Jerk

2:30 KB Snatch Right Arm

2:30 KB Snatch Left Arm
