Turkish Get Ups


A.  Hatch Week 9 Day 2

Back Squat: 5@65%, 3×5@75%

Front Squat: 4×5@65%

B. 3 Rounds (10 min. cap)

10 KB Bulgarian Split Squats (heavy KB – 5 on each leg)

4 Turkish Get Ups (heavy as possible with good form – these should be tough!!)

If any time is remaining under the 10 min cap then row as far as possible.


Travel WOD

20 Burpees
