Tips for Murph


  1. Fuel up and remember to hydrate throughout the work out.
  2. Don’t sprint the first mile, remember its a marathon not a sprint.
  3. Break it up into “mini” sets ex. 20 sets of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 squats OR 20 sets of 5 pullups 5 pushups 15 squats 5 push ups
  4. Scale appropriately, be honest with yourself and your abilities.
  5. Mind over matter take each rep as it comes don’t worry about the big picture, you got this!!
