Tips for Murph
- Fuel up and remember to hydrate throughout the work out.
- Don’t sprint the first mile, remember its a marathon not a sprint.
- Break it up into “mini” sets ex. 20 sets of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 squats OR 20 sets of 5 pullups 5 pushups 15 squats 5 push ups
- Scale appropriately, be honest with yourself and your abilities.
- Mind over matter take each rep as it comes don’t worry about the big picture, you got this!!
