This 8-week cross-training program will prepare you to attack Sandy Beach, the hills of Beach Street and dare we say achieve a PR?
Our coaches will help you manage your nutrition, get your feet wet before hitting the water and navigate the course before the big day. We’ve done all the planning & thinking so you don’t have to. Your training will include cycling, strength & conditioning and mobility work with Yoga. We will iron out any pre-race jitters with group swims and brick workouts (combining biking & running or swimming & biking).
Not racing? Join us in a program that will encompass all the movements to help you get back on track with your fitness regimen!
