Squat Clean


A.  15 min. to build up to heavy squat clean
B.  10min. AMRAP
9 Back Squats (155/105)
6 Back Lunges (155/105)
3 Front Squats (155/105)

Any time you drop the bar, perform 20 deadlifts.
