B. 12 min. AMRAP
Teams of 4
30 Yard Sled Push/Sled Pull (135/95) – Push the sled 30 yards and then pull it back 30 yards
KB Swings (70/53)
Lateral Box Jump Overs (24/20)
Double Unders

Teams may rotate whenever they want – make sure to do Double Unders either inside or on a mat so you don’t chew up your rope on concrete!!


Travel WOD
