Pull Up Scaling


A. Back Squat 3×5 (5+)
If you failed weight or in form last time, drop 30 lbs. Otherwise go up 5 total.

B. 3 x max rep strict pull ups between back squat sets. If you have a scaling option that allows you to complete more than 10 reps on your first set, make the scaling option harder

C. “Harley”
6 RFT:
13 Thrusters (95/65)
14 Pull Ups

15 min. cap for part C – choose a weight and scaling option that will let you finish this WOD!

Travel WOD

6 RFT:
13 Air Thrusters
14 Pull Ups – use pull up bar or tie towel around sturdy object and do ring rows
