You have to be both physically and mentally exhausted from the past couple of weeks.  We are so proud of all the progress each of you has made.  For this next month we are going to spend more time on the details of movements, try new things, and go to the roots of where it all started….CrossFit mainsite.  Make your number one focus on simply enjoying it!  And make your second on getting really good at the small details.
