Back Squat


It’s strength day baby!  Let’s lift some heavy things.  Boom!

Back Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 reps (that would be 10 2s for those scoring at home)
Between the first 6 sets of squatting, complete 10 strict pull ups or 5 negatives each time (that means you do 5 sets)


Travel WOD

8 Rounds for Reps

:20 seconds of pull ups

:10 seconds rest

:20 seconds push ups

:10 seconds rest
