12 min. Ladder by 3s (e.g. 3 SCT/3LBOB, 6/6, 9/9)
Squat Clean Thrusters (115/75)
Lateral Burpees Over the Bar

If you get to the round of 12s, weight increases to 135/95 for the remainder of the WOD

You must go Rx if possible…even if that means singles.
